The grade 8 sculptures are now on display outside the MS library. They really do look perfect there. Not only do we have the grade 8 sculptures on display but we also have a wall with post it notes where students can leave positive comments to the students who made them. We also have a slide show of photos playing on a loop so that people passing by can appreciate how much work has gone into these sculptures and what is involved with the art process. This would have been a fabulous collaboration if the students could have written, stories or poetry in their English class. I would have loved for the elementary students to visit and then they could draw their own dragons and post them on the wall too. Maybe next year, if we do a project like this again. Well done grade 8 and thanks for your hard work.
